Cancellation Policy
Choice of cancellation policy when placing the reservation:
- Payment in hotel. Cancellation permitted: Free cancellation 2 or more days prior to arrival date. Long weekends and public holidays: free cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival date. Penalisation: first night of stay charged for cancellations at shorter notice than that indicated.
- Non-refundable. Pre-payment: Payment in advance. Changes and cancellations not permitted. The reservation will be confirmed when the amount is charged to your bank card. The amount of your reservation will be charged in full to your card when the reservation is placed. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded. If you are unable to travel, you may transfer your reservation to another person or request a single rescheduling up to 6 months after your initially intended arrival date.
