Hospederías de Extremadura will not offer in-person services to the public during the duration of the State of Alarm declared in Spain by Royal Decree 463/2020.
In the coming days, we will keep this section updated with all the new information that will be available.
Change of dates and cancellation of reservations:
If you had a reservation scheduled for the duration of our closure due to the State of Alarm, changes of date or cancellation of reservations can be made without any penalty charges by Hospederias de Extremadura as follow:
Booking.com and other agencies: Please follow the link provided to request cancellation or changes through the intermediary agency. Usually this can be found in the reservation confirmation email.
Direct bookings (by phone or online reservation): The hotel can be contacted by phone, and we will help you to make your modification or cancellation. If you wish, you can also request it through the contact form on our website.
If you as a client had made a financial deposit corresponding to a reservation cancelled for this reason, the refund of the amount paid could take a few days.
Reservations for the rest of the year:
Hospederías de Extremadura will only accept new reservations for stays after the State of Alarm decreed by the Government.
Existing reservations for stays after the State of Alarm will be maintained normally, unless there is any new indication to the contrary from the authorities.
