The restaurant forms part of one of the original rooms of a small nineteenth-century palace and offers visitors traditional and natural cuisine, typical of Extremadura, in which the flavour of the product is prioritized, and great care taken over presentation of the dishes and service in the dining room.
Diners can try the restaurant's cold meats from Extremadura, regional cheeses, pork cuts, salads, scrambled egg dishes and the best vegetables from Extremadura's market gardens.
