Presentation of the original voucher on paper is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel. Depending on the date of redemption of the gift voucher, payment of a high-season supplement may be required by the hotel. If the hotel has defined a stay with a minimum of nights, the voucher may not be redeemed for a single night, but it may be used to reach the minimum by reserving the remaining nights separately.
