Charge your electric vehicle
Guests of Hospederías de Extremadura can charge their electric vehicle for free at the network's establishments.
To do so, the guests must have enjoyed, or have a reservation for an accommodation or restaurant service at any of the hotels.
How to charge your electric vehicle?
Before charging your vehicle, you must contact the reception in order to reserve availability of the charging point for a specific date and time.
The chargers have a vertical line of LEDs. To check that the charger is functioning, it must have a fixed green LED light on at the top of the line. During the charging process, the green LEDs will light up sequentially.
In the event of error, the yellow or red light will indicate the error code.
What type of vehicles can be charged?
Every hotel has two charging points*:
• Standard 11 KW charging point, suitable for any pluggable electric or hybrid vehicle compatible with the European standard Type 2 or Mennekes. For any different plug, the client should use his or her own adapter.
• 22 KW charging point, exclusively for use by vehicles from the manufacturer Tesla. Not available in Hospedería Parque de Monfragüe.
Conditions of use
Hospederías de Extremadura accepts no responsibility for damages or harm arising directly or indirectly from the provision of this service, from deficient provision thereof or from failure to provide it.
To recharge vehicles, customers must have enjoyed or reserved a non-gratuitous accommodation or restaurant service in any of the hotels of the Hospederías de Extremadura network in the 24 hours prior to use of the charging point. The hotel may ask for justification of this, which can be given in the form of a receipt or invoice of the services.
